Visual Intercept Support
 

Do you have any plans for supporting Visual Intercept? We'd like to be able to select the incidents related to a particular build, update statuses and other fields, and then generate reports based on the results.

This is the first time that product has been mentioned. Since the vendor doesn't appear to provide a fully-functional eval download, it's unlikely that we will be able to support it.

If it supports a command-line or automation interface, it could be integrated via Run Program or Run Script actions.

You could also create a custom user action for it and share it with the community (see 'user actions' in the help index for more details). If you do so, please post it in http://www.kinook.com/Forum/forumdis...hp?forumid=19.
