Dark mode/High contrast mode for people with vision difficulties
 

Please consider adding support for a dark theme/high contrast theme. As a vision impaired user the application is barely usable (I have contrast issues which makes dark text on light background very difficult to read). To operate the app I need to use the WIndows Magnifier tool at 200% (and this is after my desktop display is already set at 133%).

Along with the Office 2010 Black theme in UR (Tools | Customize | Options).
