Insert Child Function in Import into UR Window
 

It would be nice, when importing into UR, and using the Import into UR window pop up, to be able to add new Items (essentially Folders) on the fly... instead of having to create a new folder first, or import into the Imported Folder and then move it....

That's what the Insert button is for...

oops - sometimes you have to have the simplest things pointed out...
