Importing Emails from Thunderbird
 

I have Ultra Recall 4.2, Windows 7, and Thunderbird 3.1. I installed the Ultra Recall Thunderbird Extension 1.2, and in the Ultra Recall Tools / Options / Editor I clicked "Show combined text for multiple selection."

When I select several emails in Thunderbird and click on the Ultra Recall Icon on the Thunderbird Toolbar ("Copy Selected Messages to Ultra Recall), there is a relatively long pause and then the error message: "Error opening response file..."

I need to get all these emails into Ultra Recall as soon as possible. Kinook, can you help me here?

How many messages are you selecting? What is the entire error message? You can use Ctrl+C to copy the text from a message box.

I am using Korean Windows 7. At the end of the error message it says, "File Name, Directory Name, and Vol. Label is Incorrect." This was after selecting only a few emails in Thunderbird. I would like to copy into UR over 2,000 emails, by the way.

Try changing the temp folder to something like C:\Temp: http://windows7themes.net/how-to-cha...windows-7.html
