I believe that removing rft extension from keywording option should do the trick (ie. only title would be keyworded) ...

Cool - thanks heaps for the prompt reply. (Now I've just got to sort out why my extended phrase searching doesn't seem to be working with a "matches wildcard" comparison against "item text"...)

2) A .urd file with an item and corresponding search that demonstrates the problem

Sending "Intro - Search This.urd" which contains an item titled SEARCH THIS.
Item Text contains some comments and Item Notes contains Install Info.

There's a bug -- searching on Item Text matches wildcard doesn't work for items whose associated extension is not configured to be keyworded (.rtf in this case).

The latest download (http://www.kinook.com/Download/UltraRecallProEval.exe; UltraRecall.exe version 3.1.1.5 in Help | About | Install Info after installing) has been updated with a fix for this issue. With the fix, the Item Text matches wildcard search will find the SEARCH THIS item even if .rtf is not in the extensions to keyword list.
