Transitioning URp

What are the config files needed to copy/move from one machine to another so all menus, favorites, layouts appear on the new machine? Thank you.

Favorites are stored in the database file. Menu, toolbar, pane customizations, and options are stored at
1) Registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall
2) Explorer: %APPDATA%\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall
