Error: Access ciolation ...
 

Hello,

I just started receiving an error when clicking on PDF's in UR and trying to view them in UR:

Error: Access violation at 0x051BFDB3 (tried to read from 0x00000044), program terminated.

UR closes as soon as I click OK on the error message. This happens on all PDF's errespect of source. The error first appeared when using version 2.0b. Upgrading to 2.0c had no effect.

Did you install any updates to Acrobat Reader recently? Which version are you running? Which version of UR? Windows? Does uninstalling/reinstalling Acrobat Reader help?

Access Violation
 

I am using Adobe Reader 7.0.8. I don't remember when I last updated it. The OS is WIndows XP service pack 2. I am using UR 2.0c.

Ok, I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader and UR doesn't crash any more. I had assumed that the problem was with UR since I could still view PDFs in Adobe Reader.
