Process completed with exit code 128
 

One of the builds failed at some steps of type "Run program" with a message like this:

Any idea what could cause this problem?
Previous build went ok.

Sounds like something like this (different exit code, but similar behavior), the article shows how to work around it and reproduce outside Visual Build.
