Bug: Help button in Jump dialog is mislinked

The Help button in the Jump dialog takes you to help for the Link/Move/Copy Dialog instead of help for the Jump dialog.

It's the same dialog, just with the caption changed and a few controls removed for Jump functionality. I suppose the help topic should document both uses though.
