Notes Field Missing
 

I updated a form to include additional attributes and now the notes field at the bottom of the page is not showing up, any thoughts?

Kinook - In your next update, it would be most appreciated if you could increase and or remove all limitations that are currently in place as it is prohibiting me from using this program to its full extent. I just pushed my Management to purchase up to 30 copies of UR but I am having second thoughts in fear that if I continue to find limitations then my co-workers will as well and recommending UR will come back to bite me in a big way.
