Firefox 3 Integration
 

I have Firefox 2 installed and UltraRecall works fine with it.

However, with the launch of Firefox 3, I decided to try out Firefox 3 in a cautious way considering that many of the useful extensions I use may not work as yet.

The only way I could do this was to create a new profile called minefieldff3 specifically for Firefox 3 and install Firefox 3 to a new directory without overwriting Firefox 2.

For me that means the two versions are as follows.

C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Firefox\Firefox.exe
C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Firefox3\Firefox.exe

Firefox 2 is now loaded with the default profile
Firefox 3 is now loaded with the minefieldff3 profile


I reinstalled UltraRecallPro (version 3.5) again so as to get the UltraRecall Icons to appear in Firefox 3.

However, I do not see them. Where did I go wrong ?

The UR installer will install the UR Firefox extension only for the default profile of the default installation of Firefox. For other profiles/versions, browse to http://www.kinook.com/UltraRecall/extensions.html within Firefox and install.
