Do we upgrade with "eval" download?

We have licensed version 6.4 and want to upgrade to version 6.6. The only download I can find is named "VisBuildProEval.exe". This filename implies that its only for eval licensing, not for paid licenses. In spite of the name, is this the download I should use to upgrade from 6.4 to 6.6?

Yes. The eval install becomes the licensed version after entering your license info.
