not more AV's but....

I started to get this error which I had never seen before:

-- \ start \--

Error updating item attribute cannot modif view itemdefaualtchildtemplateitemid because it is a view

-- / end /--

It occurred when I was trying to change the default child attribute attribute of a template

This has been identified as a bug with Ultra Recall 3.2 when Undo/Redo has been disabled (via the registry).

The immediate solution is to enable Undo/Redo (via the registry) when updating the Default Child Template and Access Count attribute values.

An upcoming minor update will address this bug and should be released within the next few days.

Thanks I'll look for it. I assume it will be posted.

When are you releasing this update? Or instruct me how to change undo/redo in registry (which I'd rather not do). This error is now annoying. Thanks.

Should be in the next few days.

See these posts for info on changing the setting (you already must have read one of these to change it in the first place):
