Zip files with non-english file names - wrong encoding
 

Hi,

We found a problem with Visual Build 7.0
Zip files step produces the achives with file names listed in wrong encoding when the file names are being zipped are not english.

Specifically, we have file names in Russian.

OS:
Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 x86 ENGLISH

Regional settings on the compiuter are:
Standards and formats: Russia
Location: Russia
Language for non-unicode programs: Russian

We're using 3 different tools to view\unzip the file to verify the issue.
FAR plugin, windows built-in stuff, WinRAR and WinZIP.
All of them display the wrong encoding.
After decompression of the file by windows built-in zip/winrar/winzip we got the same.

However, both windows built-in tool and winrar/winzip do produce correct archives.

Do you have any suggestion of what could be the cause?
Any solution? (except of course using other zip program)

P.S. The option "Log files that are processed" is on
And file names are being logged are correct in the Output window.

Check the 'Generate PKZIP 2.04g compatible ZIP file' checkbox on the Options tab of the ZIP Files action.
