Renaming Item Titles
 

There seems to be a problem when I attempt to rename an item. The item is a child whose parent has assigned a default child template called task analysis. If I store a rtf file under this parent, the item title is task analysis. I cannot rename it either in the data explorer pane or the item attributes pane. It seems that I can in the item attributes pane, but the new name does not show up in the data explorer pane. Worse, when right clicking and selecting rename to, any of the three choices are incorrect. The dates and times are wrong. For example, the year is reported as 1900.

I am using UR Professional 4.2.1.5.
