Indicator for Linked/Stored Items
 

Is there a way to display the linked/stored status of items in the Child Items List? Also, is it possible to search based on this criteria?

I'd like to be able to search for all or some filtered list of linked items then review and store them in one global operation. As far as I've been able to tell, the toolbar "Store" button is the only visual indicator of this status which is woefully inadequate for this purpose.

Show the Document Size attribute; search on Document Size greater than 0.

Doing a search on item size > 0 works to find stored items, but the reverse search (size < 0 or size <= 0) does not return any results for linked items.

Any ideas?

Document Size does not exist should do that, but there is bug preventing that search from working properly. This will be fixed in the next release.
