What is the significance of the Flag Colors?

If I use the completed flag is there a means to move these tasks into a completed folder?

There is no special significance (specific to logic in UR) of the flag colors. An item's flag value will determine:

1) The text color of the item in the Explorer and/or Related Items panes (unless disabled in Tools | Options | Grids)
2) Display of the item flag icon in the Explorer panes (if enabled at Tools | Options | Trees)

The item flag can also be searched on via Advanced Search and displayed in the Related Items pane (and sorted on) via the Columns Dialog (View | Choose Columns).

There is no means to automatically move an item when its flag changes. The Issue Tracking.urd sample demonstrates one way that item flags can be utilized to track non-completed tasks.
