If Outlook 2010 x64 or later is installed and the 32-bit version of Ultra Recall, or vice versa (64-bit UR, 32-bit Outlook), the following error message may be displayed when starting Ultra Recall:

"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the message request. Please run Microsoft Office Outlook and set it as the default mail client."

To prevent this message from being displayed, either

1) Install and use the 64-bit edition of Ultra Recall with 64-bit Outlook or the 32-bit edition of UR with 32-bit Outlook

or

2) run regedit.exe and clear out the (Default) value under

64-bit Outlook w/ 32-bit UR:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Clients\Ma il

or

32-bit Outlook w/ 64-bit UR:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail
