Tools > Customize > Options tab, has Large icons option.
Large icons are just enlarged small icons thus you see the pixels at this level of magnification already, not nice.
I might be completely wrong of course and I'm no marketing guru, but it seems to me that adding attractive large icons and Large icons then becoming default on new installs, might bring more sales (due to higher conversion) in.
