I have sent this message to support@kinook.com multiple times with no response so thought I would try here!

I was wondering if we qualify for a free upgrade to Version 4.0 given our purchase of a 4-user license of version 3 (see below)? If so would you be able to send a new license?

Thanks in advance and congratulations on an absolutely brilliant piece of software. Me and my colleagues at Object Connections have gone from not knowing about UltraRecall to it being a focal points in our day to day operations in terms of personal and corporate document and information management.

Apparently our email replies are not getting through (overactive spam filter?). Your UR licenses are eligible for a free upgrade to v4. We sent your v4 license info on August 4 and also replied to your messages from August 7 and 12.

Is there another email address we can use to send the license info to that might get through? Thanks.

Thanks for the quick response. It's strange that the emails weren't Rxed but perhaps our ISP had a problem on that specific day.

If you could send the key(s) to the following email address I'll let you know if they arrive.
