Enhancements
<li><B>GUI App</B>: Improved support for Windows Vista: 1) Add requested privilege manifest; 2) Support Vista Task Scheduler; 3) Undocked pane borders not painted properly on Vista; 4) Paint issues with field overrides on Vista.
