The FTP (http://www.kinook.com/VisBuildPro/Manual/ftp.htm) action provided with Visual Build Pro can be used to upload or download files. It can be used for individual files and also accepts wildcards for getting/putting multiple files recursively in a directory, incremental copy (copying only files that have changed), and sychronization (deleting files that no longer exist in the source directory).
