Attached is the error dialog for an Access Violation that has been occuring rather consistently when I close a database.

If only one database is open and the error occurs, selecting OK in the dialog exits UR. No big deal.

However, if more than one database is open, selecting OK takes you back to the next open database with the Documents toolbar still showing that the "erred" database is open. But selecting the database name in the Documents toolbar doesn't do anything. The entry looks orphaned.

Can you quantify "rather consistently"? Is the problem specific to certain databases? Do you have any undocked/floating panes (there is a known issue with a similar error closing/exiting with the Data Explorer pane undocked, which will be fixed in the next release)? How are you closing the database (Ctrl+F4, clicking the upper red X, clicking the database close button, etc.)? Also, please send the info from Help | About | Install Info. Thanks.

Sorry for the delayed response. I wanted to hammer on UR for awhile to see how it faults.

I'm exiting from the systray (RMB+Exit) and from the main menu (File+Exit). The red X close button is set to minimize to the system tray.

The fault behavior is sporadic. I can run/close UR 10+ times w/o a problem and then have it randomly fail with either exit method above. The database I'm running does not seem to be a factor but I'm continuing to monitor it. This is hard to chase because there does not seem to be any consistency in the failure.

No undocked/floating panes. Everything is nailed down.

Same problem here. No pattern to the problem that I can see. I'll post more info as I get it.

I am running Win XP Home & Pro SP2.

Running UR ver: 2.0a from a USB drive.
