This tab of the VMware Workstation action configures additional options.

 

Prevent prompting: If checked, the action will ensure enable the msg.autoAnswer property in the virtual machine configuration file.  Note: The .vmx or .vmtm file must be writeable if checked.

 

Additional command-line options to pass: Adds the specified options to the vmrun command line (optional).

 

Override VMware executable filename: Overrides the default location for the vmrun.exe executable (optional).  Useful if more than one version of VMware is installed or if the action is unable to locate the executable automatically.

 

Show command-line constructed: Logs the vmrun command-line that is used to perform the command.
