Inconsistent Operation of OL Buttons

Hi,
One of the primary reasons I purchased UL is these 2 buttons that it adds to OL. I do this all day long i.e. copy OL items to UR. Since my OL folder hierarchy has been growing, I decided to open up one of these in a 2nd window. Now, OL has 2 windows on my DK. Obviously, UR does not like it. Hitting any of these 2 buttons now does nothing. I select an item, hit copy, nothing happens. I have to bounce OL to get it to work After few times, it stops working again and I have to do another bounce. For the last week, I've been bouncing OL about 5-8 times a day for this reason.

- Why is this happening?
- Is there another way to copy OL items if these 2 buttons do not work?

There does appear to be a problem with the UR buttons not working from the 2nd+ instance of Outlook. Alternative import methods are copy/paste, drag/drop, and the global import hotkey.
