 Rapidly Moving a sibling item to the top

UR uses Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down to move sibling items up and down.
MindManager uses Alt+Shift+Up/Down to do the same.
In addition, MindManager uses Alt+Shift+Home/End move sibling items to top/bottom. That's handy.
Hope UR will provides the same handy keyboard shortcut.
