Visual Build Pro 6.7 on Windows 7 x64

I have run into a problem where I have installed Visual Build Pro 6.7a on a Windows 7 x64 box. I registered the copy with our site license. None of the items are enabled and do not allow selection. This is the same for all build files. Also the scroll bars do not scroll the viewable windows. Has anyone run in to this problem before?

Visual Build v6 is not compatible with Windows 7. Visual Build v7 is.

same issue encountered here but in different operating system. I encountered this on Windows Server 2008 64 bit. Any solution on this or does this version doesn't support 64 bit OS.

VBP v6 has the same incompatibility with Windows Server 2008 R2 as it does w/ Windows 7.
