Wondering if this issue has been resolved, I'm seeing the same error messages in a database that has no tabs. Just working on some forms and attributes, no data in the database yet.
The three-finger salute and End Process shutsdown UR and re-opening the data file appears to have no damage. Can't determine a pattern yet.
