Error when trying to modify child items pane columns

I am getting the following error message when I try to modify the columns shown in the child items pane:

Error loading dialog: Access violation.
Exception 0xC0000005 occurred in module C:\Program Files (x86)\UltraRecall\UltraRecall.exe at address 0x0049A3C5, offset 0x0009A3C5.

This happens whether I use F9 or right-click on the column header area and choose "More..." I tried uninstalling and opted to remove user customizations when doing so, but still get the error after reinstall.
