Strikethrough / Hide completed tasks
Maybe it's just a silly question, but is it possible to hide or strikethrough completed tasks in the Data Explorer?
Now it's just a shade of grey, and to me with my color blindness it's not so clear for me on LCD/TFT screens.. Since I don't want to deleted the tasks that are in Projects, sometimes I write some comments/hints/tips in tasks which I want to be able to search. Because and I want to be able to review on how I did some things. Therefor it would be nice to be able to hide/strikethrough completed tasks, espacially to be able to hide/unhide completed tasks. It would give a cleaner view to/of uncompleted the tasks in a project. I've tried making the flags visible but it only makes the screen more crowdy. |

Guess I'm the only one who wants/needs such a feature

Couldn't this be accomplished with a saved search?

Not really, I can, for example, make a search to view all my open tasks or next actions.
But when I'm reviewing every (sub)project it would be nice to hide the completed tasks from the data explorer with a toggle (or hotkey) and only display these when I want to see them. Otherwise they only pollute the data-explorer tree. I don't want to delete them completely because I also make notes in the completed actions on what is done with that action. Don't know if this is difficult to implement? Maybe a conditional hide attribute? |

I see several tree enhancements in the Roadmap that would seem to help you out.
# Ability to hide completed items in tree # Formatting of items in tree # Filtering in tree |

well, all such enhancements could be summarized by a single one:
# replace the existing simplistic data explorer pane that is sooo out of date compared to the rest of the app. |
