It will not affect pane, toolbar, and menu customizations. You can backup those settings separately if you wish (see
http://www.kinook.com/Forum/showthre...?threadid=2935), and as always, I also recommend backing up your .urd file beforehand.
The only things affected by the Reset option are the system items, whose location, attributes, and column layouts will be restored to their original values. The system items are My Searches, My Data, Quick Search, Imported Items, Recycle Bin, Templates, and the children of Templates.
