Hyperlinks: start external program with attributes

Hyperlinks in UR can be used to start external programs, i.e. 'C:\programxy.exe'. I just tried to add supplemental attributes, which does not seem to work:

To be exact, the tree/list objects do not seem to work properly in windows 7, the scrollbars are not shown. Mouse scrolling and main functions seem to be ok. Looking forward to UR 4.0 beta then...!

I can confirm that UR Pro 3.5.0.0 works (for me) with windows 7 RC build 7100 in XP SP3...
