Losing hoisting
 

Using version 4.0.0.9 the following repeatable steps cause hoisting to be lost:

Hoist an item.
Lock title.
There is a link to another item in the current item. Right click on that and open in new tab.
Return to original tab.
It is no longer hoisted.
