As a faster alternative to the Adobe Acrobat Reader, the free Foxit Reader can be used for viewing PDF documents within Ultra Recall. Follow these steps:
1) Download and install Foxit Reader from http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader_2/down_reader.htm
2) Restart UR
3) Ensure that .pdf is included at 'Tools | Options | Browser | File extensions to display in internal browser view'
