I am running version 4.5 and although there is an option for running installshield developer ism files, if you use the integrated VSS option in Installshield you cannot use this option.
Anyway I had to write a vbscript to do what I needed so I thought I would post it here for other people to use.
Question to KINOOK: Any plans to support this in future releases?
